Job summary

Talent Recruit represents an innovative company in sustainable agriculture and animal nutrition, seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to support day-to-day HR operations in Bentong, Malaysia. Responsibilities include attendance, payroll inputs, recruitment, onboarding, foreign worker administration, and liaising with government agencies.

On-site role with six days per week; benefits include medical coverage, travel and meal allowances, and attendance incentives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Admin / HRM or equivalent.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or related environment.
• HR generalist experience: day-to-day operations, manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, change management.
• Experience managing foreign workers in Malaysia preferred.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs and personnel files.
• Serve as main HR contact for queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Support employee relations, show-cause letters and domestic inquiries.
• Liaise with Jabatan Tenaga Kerja on HR and statutory matters.
• Support workplace safety matters, including safety induction and incident reporting.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment based on manpower requirements.
• Handle foreign worker recruitment and administration, including work permits, accommodation, transportation and welfare.
• Coordinate job offers, onboarding and new employee induction.
• Identify training needs and support training plans.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and HR metrics.
