Titipan Syukur (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive HR Executive to grow into a future HR leader. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, and people development across a growing, values-driven team in Malaysia.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate training, ensure payroll and HR records accuracy, and support policy improvements while upholding local employment laws.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Development: manage end-to-end recruitment, postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
• HR Operations & Administration: attendance, leave, payroll, benefits, records, reports, compliance with Malaysian laws.
• Employee Relations & People Management: act as a bridge between employees and management; handle enquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters; promote teamwork and a positive environment.
