Job summary

The role coordinates local and overseas training, manages HRD Corp grants, monitors levy utilisation, and supports group-wide talent initiatives to drive employee development.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related function.
  • Experience coordinating local and overseas training programmes would be an advantage.
  • Experience in handling HRD Corp grant applications and claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate local training programmes and manage schedules, venues, trainers, and materials.
  • Administer HRD Corp grant applications and claims for eligible local training.
  • Monitor HRD Corp levy utilisation, balance, grants, claims, and reporting.
  • Coordinate overseas training programmes with subsidiaries and trainers.
  • Monitor training expenditure and prepare cost/utilisation reports.
  • Explore overseas training grants and funding opportunities with relevant teams.
  • Maintain training records and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
  • Support group-wide talent and development initiatives and LMS projects.

Job description

DXN Holdings Bhd is listed on Main Board of Bursa Malaysia (Code 5318), in Business since 1993. DXN Holdings Bhd is the investment holdings and management company of DXN Group.

DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced HR Executive Learning & Development, Talent & Development Unit with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at DXN Cyberville.

Responsibilities :

To coordinate and support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of local and overseas training and development programmes in alignment with DXN’s strategic goals and employee development requirements.

For local training, the Executive is responsible for coordinating training activities, preparing and submitting HRD Corp grant applications and claims, maintaining the required supporting documentation, and monitoring HRD Corp levy utilisation to maximise available training funds.

For overseas training, the Executive shall coordinate programmes across designated subsidiaries, monitor training budgets funded by the respective companies, and explore potential government grants, subsidies, or training funds available in the respective countries.

1. Coordinate local training programmes.

Prepare training schedules and coordinate participant registration, venues, trainers, training materials, refreshments, accommodation, transportation, and other logistical arrangements.

2. Administer HRD Corp grant applications and claims for eligible local training.

Check programme eligibility, prepare and submit grant applications within the required timeline, compile supporting documents, submit claims, monitor claim status, and follow up on any pending or rejected applications.

3. Monitor HRD Corp levy utilisation.

Monitor the available levy balance, approved grants, claims, reimbursements, and utilisation rate. Prepare regular reports and recommend suitable claimable programmes to optimise levy utilisation and minimise levy expiry.

4. Coordinate overseas training programmes for designated subsidiaries.

Prepare overseas training schedules and coordinate with overseas HR representatives, trainers, vendors, and subsidiaries to ensure smooth programme implementation.

5. Monitor local and overseas training expenditure.

Track training expenses against approved budgets, verify supporting documents, and prepare training cost and utilisation reports for management review.

6. Explore overseas training grants and funding opportunities.

Liaise with overseas HR and Finance teams to identify and evaluate government grants, subsidies, tax incentives, or training funds similar to HRD Corp.

7. Maintain training records and prepare management reports.

Update employee training records, attendance, training hours, evaluation results, expenditure, HRD Corp grant and claim status, and programme completion. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

8. Support group-wide talent and development initiatives.

Assist the Section Head and Talent & Development Unit in implementing the Annual Training Calendar, Competency-Based Assessment (CBA), employee induction, Learning Management System (LMS), mandatory training, policy and SOP implementation, and other group-wide talent and development projects as assigned.

Requirements :

Qualification and Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Training and Development, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related function.

Experience in coordinating local and overseas training programmes would be an advantage.

Experience in handling HRD Corp grant applications and claims is preferred.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of HRD Corp grant applications, claim procedures, supporting documentation, and levy utilisation.

Familiarity with training administration, tracking, reporting systems, and Learning Management Systems.

Competent in budget monitoring, data analysis, vendor coordination, and report preparation.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and other relevant systems.

Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate and coordinate effectively across multicultural environments.

Able to manage multiple programmes, deadlines, vendors, and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
