Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian IT retailer with outlets at Plaza Low Yat and IOI City Mall, seeks an HR Executive to handle full-spectrum HR for our HQ, outlets and warehouse teams.

You will manage onboarding, offboarding, records, leave and attendance; support payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB); and ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act 1955.

This role offers career growth across a multi-branch IT retail group.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
• 1-2 years of HR generalist experience
• Good knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and statutory requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential information
