Riverlane Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible HR Executive to handle daily HR operations, employee administration, recruitment and compliance with Malaysian labour laws within the construction sector.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin, at least 3 years of HR experience, and a good grasp of local labour regulations. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in construction preferred.
• Good understanding of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience in foreign worker management and work permits is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• HR Administration & Employee Management: manage records, contracts, confirmations, resignations and terminations.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and other HR-related matters.
• Maintain up-to-date employee documentation.
• Recruitment & Manpower Coordination: manage job ads, interviews and onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower with project teams and site management.
• Assist in local and foreign worker employment matters.
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance: assist monthly payroll processing (attendance, OT, allowances, deductions).
• Ensure EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory compliance.
• Comply with Employment Act 1955 and labour regulations.
• Coordinate foreign worker permits, renewals, medical exams (FOMEMA) and related docs.
• Liaise with government authorities and agencies as required.
• Monitor foreign worker documentation, accommodation and regulatory compliance.
• HR Policies & Employee Relations: implement company HR policies and procedures.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary matters and HR enquiries.
• Assist management with HR reporting and admin duties.
