Job summary

Air Liquide in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Analyst, HR Services within the Data Management team to manage employee data, generate reports, and protect data privacy. You will process requests, validate data against documents, and ensure compliance with internal controls and SLAs while supporting transition activities to a shared service model.

The role requires 1–2 years in HR data management, strong English and Mandarin communication, and familiarity with HR systems (Workday preferred).

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM/BA or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in data management and reporting in a shared service center HR environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience and involvement in HR related projects.
• Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of HR systems to perform data management and reporting; Workday preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite.
• High discretion and confidentiality with employee data.
• Knowledge of data privacy acts and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process service requests accurately and timely per SLA.
• Update, review and validate employee data in HR systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security and privacy compliance.
• Extract/import/export data across systems for submission.
• Generate standard reports and validate accuracy before delivery.
• Assist with ad hoc report requests from customers.
• Contribute to data quality reviews and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Service Centre Data and Reporting Team Lead on improvements.
• Escalate data quality issues and ensure timely closure.
• Assist in transition activities to shared services and ensure compliance with standardized processes.
