Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years in data management and reporting in a Shared Services environment.
• Experience in HR projects and strong English & Korean communication.

Responsibilities

• Process service requests accurately within SLA and targets.
• Update, review, and validate employee data across HR systems.
• Generate standard reports and validate accuracy before delivery.
• Create ad-hoc reports and participate in data reviews for quality.
• Assist with process improvements and documentation updates.
