Job summary

New Hoong Fatt Holdings Berhad (NHF) is seeking a proactive HRBP Coordinator to support workforce data collection, analysis, and HR reporting. You will coordinate employee surveys, feedback, stay and exit interviews, and help identify key employee concerns while working with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Final-semester student pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, Management, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to coordinate and follow up with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrates curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to work with data and employee-related information
• Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity

Responsibilities

• Support workforce data collection, analysis, and HR reporting.
• Coordinate employee surveys and feedback activities.
• Support stay and exit interviews and identify key employee concerns.
• Assist in workforce readiness and HR improvement projects.
• Track project progress, action items, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Prepare HR reports and support management presentations.
• Assist the HRBP Manager in developing data-driven improvement recommendations.
