Job summary

Keysight Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an entry‑level HR professional to support global HR programs. You will contribute to employee data management, compliance, and reporting while collaborating with regional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years HR experience, and proficient Excel skills; familiarity with SuccessFactors is a plus. The role offers growth in a dynamic, inclusive environment and aligns with Keysight's equal opportunity ethos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or University Degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors would be an added advantage.
• A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong in excel functionalities, preferably advance level.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with company’s values, philosophies, policies and programs.
• Responsible for worldwide employee data management, including setting up new employee records, acquisitions, mass changes handling, maintaining up-to-date employee data.
• Provides HR services/support/consultation to employees and managers across regions.
• Ensures data entry processes are SOX compliant and internal controls are in accordance with audit guidelines.
• Ensures requests are attended on timely manner as per Service Level Agreement.
• Works on human resources assignments with broadly defined objectives and delivers as per timeline agreed.
• Strict observance of data privacy at all times.
• Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.
