Job summary

You will engage with organizations across various industries, helping them address people and business challenges through practical HR strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR consulting or management consulting.
• Experience working with multiple clients across industries.
• Strong knowledge of core HR areas (performance, talent, OD, competency, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Japanese language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their HR and organizational needs.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and data gathering to identify key issues.
• Develop and recommend practical HR solutions.
• Support projects in areas such as performance management, talent management, employee development, and organizational development.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and discussions.
• Manage consulting projects from planning to implementation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
