Job summary

Public Gold Marketing Sdn Bhd is hiring a Senior Human Resource & Administration Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, training and development, and employee lifecycle management to support business growth.

In this role you will ensure regulatory compliance with Malaysia's Employment Act and statutory requirements, manage HR systems and reports, and collaborate with department heads on manpower planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR generalist experience with payroll exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements and Employment Act.
• Experience in organizing training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure statutory compliance: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB submissions.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external programs.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, and documentation.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit.
• Oversee office administration, facilities, and maintenance.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring.
• Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning.
• Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll, training).
