Comet Group is seeking an HR Business Partner for our Penang site to support day-to-day HRBP activities and partner with line managers on employee lifecycle processes. You will manage HR data, reporting, and employee records while driving engagement and people initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in HR (HRBP/HR generalist), strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. A hybrid working arrangement is offered with opportunities to work with international colleagues.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or HR generalist role.
• Good understanding of HR principles, employee lifecycle processes and Malaysian employment practices.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills, with high confidentiality, integrity and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day HRBP activities and respond to routine employee and manager enquiries, escalating complex matters when required.
• Support HR operations including attendance tracking, HR data, reporting, dashboards and employee records.
• Assist with employee engagement, HR communications, employee touchpoints, meetings and people initiatives.
• Support performance management and employee relations activities, including documentation, follow-ups and coordination of related processes.
• Coordinate with HR functions and support HR projects, policy implementation, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
