Job summary

Rolls-Royce is hiring an HR Advisor in Malaysia to act as the primary on-site HR contact for Kulai/Senai, Johor. You will deliver trusted guidance to line managers, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and coordinate end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, audits, and change initiatives in a dynamic matrix environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR generalist or advisory experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist or advisory experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia employment legislation and industrial relations practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site HR advisory and support to line managers and employees, ensuring local context and engagement.
• Act as first point of contact for HR queries not covered by GBS; escalate as needed.
• Guide managers to ensure adherence to HR policies, regulations and global processes.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires at the site.
• Coordinate deployment of key HR processes and annual cycles with regional partners.
• Support employee relations, engagement initiatives, and employee advocacy.
• Contribute to HR change management initiatives such as organizational design and site transformation.
• Assist with HR audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
