Job summary

NStarts International Talents Group Company Limited is seeking an HR professional to lead full-spectrum HR functions for a new food manufacturing plant in Malaysia. You will implement HR policies, drive recruitment, staffing, attendance management, payroll, performance, and employee relations in a growing operation.

You will ensure compliance with Malaysia labour law, social security, overtime and compensation policies, and you will liaise with China headquarters to submit HR reports and roll

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR working experience.
• Familiar with Malaysia labour law, social security, overtime and compensation policies.
• Proficient in Chinese; able to independently liaise with local employees, partners and handle local affairs.
• Strong stress tolerance and high execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-spectrum HR for the new factory in Malaysia, implementing policies and end-to-end HR modules.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, attendance, payroll, performance and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and manage labour dispute risks.
• Coordinate with China headquarters to submit HR reports and implement policies.
• Assist with general administrative work of the factory.

Job description

1. Take charge of full-spectrum HR functions for the new food manufacturing plant in Malaysia, including implementation of HR policies, recruitment & staffing, attendance management, payroll & performance, employee relations and other end-to-end HR modules.

2. Well-versed in local labour regulations, manage employment compliance and labour dispute risks to ensure standardized and stable HR operation of the factory.

3. Liaise with China headquarters to submit HR reports, data and implement various policies.

4. Assist with general administrative work of the factory.

1. Minimum 2 years of HR working experience; experience in new factory setup is preferred.

2. Familiar with Malaysia labour law, social security, overtime and compensation policies.

3. Proficient in Chinese; able to independently liaise with local employees, partners and handle local affairs.
