Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in HR or Business.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day HR operations and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executive.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Process documentation and reports on staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and evaluations.
• Coordinate HR activities and take meeting minutes.
• Assist employees with HR-related requests.
• Assist in leaves updating, claims, and payroll preparation.
• Monitor business licenses, insurances and related matters.
• Maintain filing systems and safekeeping of documents.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by management.
