Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping environment.
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand and address concerns.
• Meticulous attention to detail with speed, accuracy and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day housekeeping operations and ensure standards and policies are followed.
• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests and internal stakeholders.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, log issues and notify appropriate departments.
• Conduct daily briefings and team meetings to inform room attendants about priorities and updates.
• Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to develop skills and foster teamwork.
• Monitor work quality and performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and health protocols are adhered to throughout the department.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, equipment needs, and inventory requirements.
• Evaluate operational challenges and make decisive decisions to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain detailed records related to team performance and guest feedback.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
