You will coach and develop the housekeeping team, conduct inspections, manage inventories, and uphold health and sanitation standards, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience supervising housekeeping or hospitality teams.
• Service-focused personality with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Physical capability to carry and move materials up to 30 lbs and move throughout the building.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing all housekeeping operations to ensure consistent excellence.
• Conduct daily inspections of public areas, guestrooms, and back-of-house areas to verify cleanliness standards.
• Monitor the deep cleaning program and ensure timely completion with quality benchmarks.
• Assign tasks to housekeeping staff based on priorities and special requests to maintain workflow.
• Supervise staff with clear communication, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Train staff, conduct evaluations, address issues, and support disciplinary actions when needed.
• Manage supplies and inventory at shift start to maintain stock and control costs.
• Respond to guest questions and requests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Recommend procedural improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as needed by the Housekeeping Manager.
