Swan Garden Resort Hotel in Melaka seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and ensure premier cleanliness throughout the hotel. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory hotel housekeeping role, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with housekeeping software.

• Responding promptly to any guest requests or concerns related to the cleanliness or condition of their room
• Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team at the Swan Garden Resort Hotel in Melaka. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our hotel. This is a full-time position that will involve overseeing a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring the smooth running of all housekeeping operations.
