Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across podium, car park lobbies, toilets, and grounds of the mall in Kuala Lumpur.

You will supervise a team of cleaners, coordinate with management during events, ensure safety standards, manage supplies, and address hygiene-related complaints from visitors and tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning staff and managing daily operations.
• Knowledge of safety standards and hygiene practices.
• Ability to coordinate with management for events and complaints.
• Ability to manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that all areas within the mall are clean, well-maintained, and safe for visitors: podium and car park lobbies.
• Oversee toilets and internal/external landscape maintenance.
• Conduct pest control inspections with housekeeping contractors.
• Supervise a team of cleaners and manage day-to-day cleaning operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate with mall management for special events and handle hygiene-related complaints.
• Address cleanliness-related complaints for prompt resolution.

• Internal and external landscape maintenance
• Pest control services via daily/periodic inspections with the housekeeping services contractors.
• Involved supervising a team of cleaners and managing day-to-day cleaning operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
• Coordinating with mall management for special events, and handling customer or tenant complaints related to hygiene.
• Handle cleanliness-related complaints for prompt resolution.
