Job summary

Reunion Asia in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to create a clean, welcoming environment for guests. You will clean guest rooms, restock supplies, and maintain hygiene standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

No prior experience required; training provided. You must be physically able to lift and stand for long periods, be flexible with shifts including weekends and public holidays, and communicate well with the team.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring all areas meet our cleanliness standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as required.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop rooms, hallways, and other assigned areas.
• Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
• Inspect rooms for damages or maintenance needs and report them promptly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment.
