Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a reliable housekeeping professional to maintain cleanliness across offices, meeting rooms, pantry, toilets and common areas. You will perform routine cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment to support daily operations.

Adherence to hygiene, safety, GMP and housekeeping procedures is essential. You will report issues to your supervisor and ensure cleaning tools are stored properly. On-site role with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, pantry, toilets, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and equipment.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish toiletries and pantry supplies when required.
• Clean windows, doors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of production support areas (where applicable).
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Follow company hygiene, safety, GMP, and housekeeping procedures.
• Perform deep cleaning according to the cleaning schedule.
• Assist with other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
