Job summary

UCSI Hospital in Negeri Sembilan, Port Dickson, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our cleaning team. You will perform cleaning and housekeeping in assigned areas according to the duty roster and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.

The role requires physical fitness, the ability to work shifts, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Training will cover infection control, waste management, floor care, and OSH awareness, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift at least 13 kg.
• Willing to work shifts and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and housekeeping in assigned areas according to the duty roster.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and report any injuries, illnesses, or safety concerns.
• Perform specialized cleaning tasks and project-based work as assigned by the supervisor.
• Attend required housekeeping training, including infection control, patient room cleaning, waste management, floor care, and OSH awareness.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the Head of Housekeeping.
