Job summary

IGB Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Housekeeping Executive to oversee daily cleaning operations within buildings in Malaysia. You will supervise contractors, inspect common areas, ensure safety standards, and prepare performance reports to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene levels.

The role involves addressing tenant feedback, handling invoicing, and coordinating with service providers to resolve billing discrepancies while supporting efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in housekeeping or cleaning services.
• High school diploma or higher preferred.
• Understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Certification in housekeeping management may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations within buildings.
• Supervise and monitor contractors to ensure work is carried out according to service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities and public spaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation related to performance.
• Address and follow up on feedback or complaints from tenants and visitors.
• Prepare spreadsheets, handle invoicing, follow up on credit notes and ensure billing accuracy.
• Liaise with service providers on billing discrepancies and service-related documentation.
• Address and follow up on cleanliness related feedback or complaints from tenants.
• Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maintain a clean and safe environment.
