Job summary

Narra Realty Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Housekeeper for Wisma Interhill’s Asset Department to maintain the cleanliness of common areas, lobby, and assigned spaces.

The role emphasizes hygiene, safety, neatness, and a presentable environment for tenants, employees, visitors, and guests. Responsibilities include daily cleaning, deep cleaning as scheduled, restrooms, stocking supplies, reporting issues, and assisting with events. Bahasa Malaysia is required; basic English is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or related environments preferred.
• Communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is a plus.
• Physically fit to perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Trustworthy, disciplined, punctual with minimum supervision.
• High attention to cleanliness, hygiene, safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of Wisma Interhill’s common areas, lobby, and assigned spaces.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, surfaces cleaning, glass panels and doors, waste bin emptying, and sanitising high-touch areas.
• Clean and replenish restrooms and toiletries.
• Carry out scheduled deep cleaning and periodic housekeeping activities as directed by the Asset Department.
• Monitor conditions, report damages or maintenance issues to Maintenance Technician or Asset Department.
• Safely use, handle, and store cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals.
• Monitor supplies and inform the person in charge when replenishment is needed.
• Assist with housekeeping for events, building activities, or Management visits.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious activities.
• Maintain personal grooming, punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct.
• Cooperate with Maintenance Technician, Security, Asset Department, and others to maintain Wisma Interhill.
• Perform other housekeeping duties as reasonably assigned by Management or Asset Department.
