Job summary

Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil is seeking a Security & Maintenance Manager to supervise daily operations, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for guests and associates. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Security & Maintenance to ensure safety and asset protection.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team in line with Hyatt standards and policies.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance prioritizing guest requests.
• Conduct regular security patrols, safety inspections and fire safety checks.
• Manage emergency response procedures and coordination with authorities.
• Monitor costs, energy use and contractor performance.
• Handle guest and associate inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver daily briefings and support staff development.
• Maintain security and maintenance records and incident reports.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to support hotel operations.
