Job summary

Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil is seeking a Lead Host - Safety & Security to support the Maintenance & Security Manager in safeguarding guests and staff while upholding hotel policies.

You will supervise Hosts, coordinate security procedures, conduct patrols, and assist in emergencies to ensure safety, comfort and a professional guest experience at all times. Due to work permit restrictions, this position is open to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous and professional service to guests and associates at all times.
• Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems with follow-up.
• Maintains safety, security and order across hotel operations as part of the Security team.
• Conducts daily briefings and supports the Security Fire Fighting Team in emergencies.
