Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South is seeking a Sales Manager to drive room and events revenue in Greater Kuala Lumpur. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture accounts, and manage client relationships across corporate, leisure, and group segments.

Collaborating with revenue, marketing and operations, you will develop strategies, lead proposals and contracts, conduct client visits, and coordinate site inspections to showcase our facilities while maintaining brand standards

Competenze

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and closing sales deals.
Proficiency with sales and CRM tools, as well as standard office software.

Mansioni

Drive room and events revenue by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
Build strong relationships with corporate, leisure and group clients.
Manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals and contracts, and conduct sales calls and client visits.
Coordinate site inspections to showcase the hotel’s facilities and services.
Collaborate with revenue, marketing and operations to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and performance metrics to meet or exceed targets.
