DidaTravel is seeking an experienced hotel partnerships professional in Kuala Lumpur to lead growth with local and regional hotel partners. The role involves negotiating, onboarding, and optimizing rates and inventory while traveling as needed to international destinations.

You will collaborate with Yield/OP and Sales teams to maximize bookings and revenue, and represent the company in the local market. Independence, strong communication, and a proven hotel contracting background are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hotel contracting.
• Experience in hotel negotiation and key account management.
• Background in hotel revenue, e-commerce, distribution with OTA experience.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up and communication skills.
• Conscientious, quick learner, adaptable and responsible.
• Willing to travel nationally and internationally to meet hotels.
• Independent work ethic and ability to work remotely.

Responsabilités

• Build and expand a portfolio of local hotel partners and regional/international chains by negotiating and onboarding.
• Execute based on KPI targets and company objectives.
• Engage hotels and hotel groups to achieve targets.
• Ensure partner content, rates and availability are optimized.
• Maximize sales by providing data insights and collaborating with Yield/OP and Sales teams.
• Represent DidaTravel in the local market and build the company profile with local influencers.
• Educate colleagues on market dynamics and partner needs.
• Secure additional rates and rooms as DidaTravel offers more product.
• Secure seasonal and ongoing promotions within management guidelines.
• Bi-weekly optimization reports and monthly KPI reviews with the team lead or SVP.
• Weekly conversations and monthly reviews with Yield/OP teams.
