Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead the overall operational performance of a hotel in Malaysia. You will coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Banquets, Security and other functions to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience in line with voco and IHG standards.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership, deputizing for the General Manager when needed, and focusing on guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, cost control and regulatory

Qualifications

• Significant senior hotel operations experience across multiple departments.
• Experience in upscale or international hotel environments preferred.
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day hotel operations across departments.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service recovery in alignment with brand standards.
• Manage budgets, costs and productivity while maintaining quality and safety.
• Develop leadership talent and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Engineering to achieve targets.
