IHG Hotels & Resorts, overseeing Regent Club operations in Malaysia, seeks a capable Deputy/Assistant Club Manager to lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure seamless service across departments. You will drive guest engagement, uphold service standards, and coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other teams to maintain luxury experiences.

The role requires proven supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, excellent communication, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience within a luxury hotel or resort, with a strong background in guest service and team leadership.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the daily operations of Regent Club to deliver seamless service and personalised guest experiences.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, address their needs promptly and ensure their preferences are met.
• Maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere, proactively addressing guest needs with professionalism.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently, aiming to exceed expectations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and help implement strategies to continuously enhance the experience.
• Build rapport with guests, act as a brand ambassador, and promote hotel amenities, services and loyalty programmes.
• Oversee the setup and presentation of food and beverage offerings, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation.
