Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Led hotel/OTA market teams to targets.
• Proven commercial leadership track record.
• Experience hiring and coaching managers.
• Translate market strategy into team priorities.
• Maintain targets and forecast rhythm.
• Negotiate with key partners.
• Collaborate with pricing, product and ops.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with leadership.

Responsibilities
