The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to relocate across Malaysia as needed. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency are essential for daily communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management / Business Administration or its equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in the management role within the hospitality industry.
• Ability in identifying, addressing and resolving day to day issues and challenges.
• Ready to relocate anywhere in Malaysia.
• High standards of customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated and able to work long hours independently.
• Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
