Job summary

Itik Enak - PG Lean Hwa Trading Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Senior Executive to drive business development in the hotel channel.

You will identify opportunities, build a pipeline of hotel clients, and coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to meet partner expectations. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years in sales or BD within hotel, hospitality, or FMCG sectors. Travel locally or regionally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with B2B clients.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hotel sector.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective hotel clients (chains, boutique hotels, resorts).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hotel chains and independent hotels.
• Pitch and present company products/services to potential hotel clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and ensure timely delivery.
