Job summary

• Ensure overtime claims have proper approvals.
• Prepare input for payroll runs (hours, terminations, adjustments, leaves).
• Reconcile payroll deductions (housing loans, retirement funds).
• Maintain payroll and cash controls and ensure timely reporting.
