Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform server hardware troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components including RAM, HDDs, SSDs, power supplies, cooling fans, and network interface cards.
• Rack and unrack servers during installation, relocation, and migration projects.
• Verify server power connections, network connectivity, and structured cabling integrity.
• Respond to fault tickets and perform first-level troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex hardware and system issues to senior engineers when required.
• Manage spare parts inventory, faulty component tracking, and RMA processes.
• Support server deployment, migration, and maintenance activities within the data center.
• Follow established SOP, MOP, and EOP procedures.
• Adhere to all data center safety, operational, and compliance requirements.
