Job summary

Responsibilities include station setup, food prep, cooking with the team, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards in a dynamic kitchen.

Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience, including line chef or prep cook roles.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Accurate and fast execution of assigned tasks in a busy kitchen.
• Familiar with industry’s best practices and sanitation standards.
• Hunger to learn and continuously improve culinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare ingredients for service (chopping, portioning, sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team.
• Follow executive or sous chef’s instructions and report issues.
• Clean up stations and manage leftover food responsibly.
• Ensure dishes are produced with high quality and on time.
• Maintain nutrition, sanitation, and safety compliance.
• Uphold a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and customers.

• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
