Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Perai, Penang, seeks an Employee Services Officer to manage male hostel accommodations. You will oversee strategy, capacity, records, safety, and compliance while addressing occupant concerns.

Responsibilities include audits, reports, vendor coordination, onboarding support, incident resolution, and welfare matters. A Bachelor degree plus 3 years HR experience are preferred, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and strong planning and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource related function.
• Typically requires 3 years of Human Resources or related experience.
• Capabilites in planning, coordination, presentation, influencing, managing vendors and stakeholders; MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee accommodation strategy and operations.
• Manage hostel capacity, occupancy, accommodation planning and records.
• Ensure hostel compliance with legal regulations, safety requirements and company policies.
• Lead hostel audits, inspections, reports and corrective action implementation.
• Monitor hostel cleanliness, safety, and maintenance conditions.
• Manage employee check-in, check-out, and room allocation.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Coordinate with hostel operators, landlords, and service providers.
• Conduct awareness sessions on hostel rules, hygiene, safety, and community living.
• Investigate and resolve accommodation issues and concerns.
