Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest focus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly and efficient service to guests.
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen/bar staff.
• Deliver orders to tables with professionalism.
• Supervise and guide service crew while ensuring standards and policies.
• Monitor floor operations and address guest concerns professionally.
• Assist in training new service staff on menu knowledge and procedures.
• Maintain clean and welcoming dining areas during service.
• Process payments accurately and with integrity.
• Represent the cafe brand in a positive, professional manner.
• Coordinate between guests and kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Support inventory management and restock service areas as needed.
