Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking an IT support professional to assist with hospital hardware troubleshooting and KCIS maintenance. The role covers system performance monitoring and user support across the hospital network.

Responsibilities include AD user management, network connectivity oversight, and coordination with vendors when staff are unavailable. Compliance with SPP is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 3 years of working experience.
• Must be helpful, self-confidence and work smart.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting of computer hardware in the hospital.
• Day-to-day monitoring of system performance in terms of utilization and capacity.
• KCIS support for users, adds new consultants and application maintenance.
• Monitoring Network & Wireless Connectivity throughout hospital.
• Work with external provider or vendor on minor system problem whenever IT Executive or IT Assistant are not available.
• Manage users, groups, and access level in Active Directory.
• Maintain Fax Core system.
• Infinite and PACS secondary support.
• Other instructions that may be relevant by HOS.
• Ensure compliance to Standard People Practice (SPP).
