Job summary

Agroz Group is seeking a motivated Sales & BD Executive to drive sales growth for Agroz Wall solutions and fresh vegetables supply to HORECA clients in Malaysia. You will engage with potential clients, build relationships, and lead B2B sales activities.

The role requires proactive outreach, strong presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to work independently. You will prepare proposals, attend meetings, and help achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently or in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and prospecting to identify potential clients for Agroz Wall solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote and sell Agroz products to HORECA clients in B2B sales activities.
• Prepare professional presentation decks and proposals for client meetings and pitches.
• Attend meetings, presentations and product demos with potential clients.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly sales reports for management review.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in agriculture and food supply.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
