Job summary

ALBATROSS EXIM (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow HORECA and Food Service accounts across Malaysia.

This field-based role keeps you close to chefs, purchasers, restaurant owners and F&B decision-makers, with support from our Sales Coordination, Logistics and Operations teams to deliver products and sustainable revenue. You will identify cross-selling opportunities, negotiate terms and travel to serve customers within assigned territories, while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in sales, account management or business development.
• Experience in HORECA, foodservice, seafood, frozen food, FMCG or F&B is preferred.
• Proven ability to grow customer accounts and develop new business.
• Confident engaging chefs, purchasers, restaurant owners and decision-makers.
• Must communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a bonus.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to manage activities independently.
• Valid driving licence, own transport and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing HORECA and F&B customer accounts.
• Build relationships with chefs, purchasers, restaurant operators and decision-makers.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product range.
• Prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and orders.
• Handle enquiries and follow up on payments.
