FastLane Group is seeking a Semi-Senior Payroll Officer to handle end-to-end payroll for clients in Hong Kong and Singapore. You will manage MPF filings, prepare payroll reports, and provide payroll compliance advisory services with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of payroll experience, solid knowledge of HK regulations, and strong English skills; Cantonese is preferred. MS Excel proficiency and experience with Workstem/ADP are advantageous.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in HR, business, accounting, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years payroll processing experience in professional service firms.
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and tax filing.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical sense; proficient in English; Cantonese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle monthly payroll processing for a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Manage MPF enrolment, filings, and annual IR56B/F/G submissions.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, leave records, and salary reconciliation.
• Advise clients on employment tax, benefits, and payroll compliance in Hong Kong.
• Maintain payroll data accurately and confidentially in the system.
• Liaise with Inland Revenue Department and MPFA on payroll matters.
