Adecco's client is seeking a Payroll Executive (SG Payroll) to join their growing payroll team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with regional exposure, responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance across the region.

The role requires familiarity with Singapore payroll processes, accurate payroll reporting, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong English, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore payroll processes.
• Experience with statutory filings and reporting is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage payroll data input and maintain accurate employee and payroll information.
• Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing, including payroll calculation, salary and leave processing, other compensation and reconciliation.
• Monitor and execute payroll activities according to the payroll processing schedule.
• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and payments are disbursed to employees in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Prepare and submit statutory remittances within the required deadlines.
• Support accurate and timely year-end payroll reporting.
