Job summary

Nexpipo in Kuala Lumpur seeks a driven Sales Executive to grow our cabinet solutions business in real estate and renovation. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and closing—while delivering outstanding customer service and after-sales support.

The ideal candidate has proven real estate sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales is a must.
• Familiar with property-related customer segments and client acquisition methods.
• Experience in renovation, interior design, kitchen/cabinet, or related industries preferred.
• Own transport and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset.
• Passion for sales and high income through performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients through real estate channels, networking, referrals and other business development activities.
• Identify customers' renovation needs and recommend cabinet solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including client sourcing, consultation, proposal presentation, negotiation, closing, and payment follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and professional consultations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent customer service.
• Provide professional advice based on renovation knowledge, customer needs, and market insights.
• Follow up on the entire order process from confirmation through project completion.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and project delivery.
• Handle after-sales enquiries and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and develop long-term client relationships.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Proactively adjust sales strategies to remain competitive.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas to improve sales conversion and overall performance.
