Job summary

Nexpipo in Malaysia is seeking a driven Sales Executive to manage opportunities from enquiry to closing, aligning property renovation needs with solutions.

You will collaborate with designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and client experience, while aiming to hit ambitious targets and earn commissions.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales, strong Mandarin, and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits, with training and career development offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, property, renovation, interior design, or a related field.
• Experience in real estate, renovation, interior design, or home improvement is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and develop potential customers through leads, enquiries, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Understand customers’ property, renovation, design, and lifestyle requirements.
• Conduct consultations and recommend suitable renovation, property, and home improvement solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage sales opportunities throughout the pipeline.
• Conduct customer meetings, site consultations, property visits, and showroom sessions.
• Handle the full sales cycle from initial enquiry and consultation to negotiation and closing.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop potential customer leads.
