WK Consortium Sdn Bhd is seeking a high-energy Sales Executive to drive property sales in Sabah. Fresh graduates are welcome; no degree is required. You will be trained extensively and rewarded with a basic salary plus attractive commissions based on each property sold.

Role involves sourcing clients, assessing needs, guiding buyers through documentation, and closing deals. Travel is required to reach outstations; a valid driver’s license and own transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Driver's License and own transport.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; sales experience is a bonus but not required.
• Willingness to travel outstation when required.
• Positive, resilient and proactive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales & marketing by sourcing and connecting with potential clients.
• Assist buyers in assessing financial capabilities and matching with property products.
• Guide clients from initial consultation to documentation and closing the deal.
