HMI Medical is seeking a Management Associate – Strategic Projects based in Melaka or Johor. You will undergo a structured training program, work on a key milestone project with a senior leader as mentor, and rotate through operations to gain deep exposure to the healthcare business.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, leadership development, and a proactive learning mindset, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions and drive efficiency across functions.

Qualificações

• Graduates with minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Master or Bachelor’s Degree with CGPA 3.5+ in Science, IT, accounting, law, economics or related field, or MBBS graduates for administrator roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project from start to closure.
• Propose business case, define project goals and budget plan.
• Establish project timeline, deliverables and key performance metrics.
• Perform active project planning and implementation.
• Allocate and manage project resources.
• Compile and analyse data for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve workflow.
• Propose ways to increase efficiency.
• Monitor deliverables, implement control, and assess and manage risks.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day tasks.
• Create reports / presentations, and provide updates to management.

Formação académica

Master or Bachelor’s Degree (CGPA 3.5+ in Science, IT, Accounting, Law, Economics, or MBBS)
