Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager to oversee healthcare operations across multiple client medical sites. • Malaysian citizen willing to work in Miri, Sarawak.
• Healthcare background, preferably as a Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant, Paramedic or Medical Officer.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical or remote-site operations.
• Experience managing medical personnel, staff rotations, rosters or multiple sites.
• Previous supervisory, operations or management experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel to client or offshore sites when required.

Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager - Medical Services

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager to oversee and support healthcare operations across multiple client medical sites.

This role is suitable for someone with experience in medical operations, remote-site healthcare, manpower coordination and client management.

You will work closely with the Operations team, Medical team, Site Medics and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across assigned medical sites.

Manage staff rosters, rotations and manpower deployment.
