Job summary

KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital is seeking a Marketing & Communications professional to support the Head of BGM in delivering marketing and corporate communications initiatives. You will share market insights with KPJ HQ and the Regional Office, assist in events, CSR activities, and media handling, and ensure brand consistency across all materials.

In this role you will collaborate with the HQ and regional teams to plan content strategies for websites and social media, while driving campaigns

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Business Development.
• Experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or business development is preferred.
• Knowledge of brand guidelines and corporate identity standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of BGM in achieving departmental objectives through marketing and communication initiatives.
• Share market intelligence with KPJ Headquarters and Regional Office.
• Assist in planning and executing events, CSR initiatives, and campaigns.
• Act as social media handler and respond to enquiries across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with HQ and Regional teams on website and social media content strategies.
• Ensure compliance with KPJ brand guidelines across advertising and promotional materials.
• Support daily marketing operations to drive patient numbers and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within a 10-15km radius and build partnerships.
