Job summary

Hospital Fatimah in Ipoh is seeking a Sales, Marketing and Public Relations Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic marketing and business development initiatives. You will build a corporate client base, arrange agreements, and ensure ongoing communication of services under each contract.

The role requires fostering relationships with General Practitioners, promoting health screening packages, and monitoring market trends to meet community needs and medical tourism

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities to enhance revenue streams and market presence.
• Develop and implement marketing and business development plans in tandem with the hospital’s strategy and execute activities to penetrate new market.
• Develop the Hospital’s base of corporate/credit facility clients and assist in drawing up of corporate agreements with corporate/credit facility clients and maintenance of the records.
• Ensure all corporate clients are kept informed of services available under their agreement.
• Liaise with Consultant Specialist with regards to agreement arrangements with the corporate clients.
• Maintain good relationships with General Practitioners who refer patients, keep them updated on service development and seek feedback.
